ClarityBuildPro is a cloud-based construction project management platform designed to help residential builders and contractors manage projects, communicate with clients and subcontractors, and streamline construction workflows.

Our Service includes:

• Change order and approval workflows
• Punch list management

Account Creation:

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Types:

• Primary Account Holders: Contractors/builders who subscribe to our Service
• Client Users: Homeowners and clients invited to view their projects
• Subcontractor Users: Trade partners invited to access project information

Primary Account Holders are responsible for managing access permissions for their clients and subcontractors.

Subscription Plans:

Our Service is offered through various subscription plans based on the number of active projects. Current pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page.

Free Trial:

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Billing Terms:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after reasonable notice

Automatic Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Permitted Use:

You may use our Service only for legitimate construction project management purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

You can export your data at any time through your account settings. Upon account termination, we will provide reasonable assistance in data export for a limited time.

Privacy:

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Uptime:

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Maintenance:

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

Service Modifications:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect functionality.

Termination by You:
