What happens if a project goes on hold?

You can archive inactive projects at any time. Archived projects do not count toward your active project limit, so you won't pay for projects that aren't actively being worked on. You can reactivate them anytime if work resumes.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your business needs change. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

How do I handle change orders in the system?

Change orders are built into the workflow. You can document the change, get client approval with digital signatures, update project timelines, and track the additional costs - all in one place. This creates a clear paper trail and prevents disputes.

What types of files can I store and share?

You can upload and share any file type - plans, photos, contracts, permits, invoices, specifications, and more. Files are organized by project and automatically backed up. Clients and subs only see the files you choose to share with them.
