How do I add a new project?

To add a new project, click the "New Project" button on your dashboard, fill in the project details including name, address, and start date, then invite your clients and subcontractors. You can also upload initial documents and photos during setup.

Can clients access the platform on mobile?

Yes! ClarityBuildPro is fully responsive and works perfectly on all devices. Clients can access their project portal from any smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection.

How do I manage change orders?

Change orders are managed through the project dashboard. Create a new change order, specify the details and cost impact, then send it to your client for digital approval. All change orders are tracked and documented automatically.

What file types can I upload?

You can upload most common file types including images (JPG, PNG, HEIC), documents (PDF, DOC, DOCX), and plans (PDF, DWG). Each file can be up to 25MB, and there's no limit on the total number of files per project.
